- Q: Is there a height limit allowed for the houses to be built?
- A: Buildings and improvements shall not be more than two (2) storey high. An attic floor may be allowed, provided that the roof apex does not exceed the height limit of ten (10) meters from the highest sidewalk level fronting the lot.

- A: The average lot size is 395 square meters. Lot sizes range from 250 to 800 square meters.
